1. General Terms and Conditions

ACEPH is an online sports and iGaming platform regulated and licensed by PAGCOR, operating under the Master License of Gaming Services Provider N.V. #365/JAZ. By using any part of the service, you confirm that you accept these terms and you commit to following them. ACEPH also reserves the right to amend or replace these terms whenever necessary. If we publish a revised version and you continue to use the platform after that, we will consider that as your acceptance of the updated terms. For variable items such as bonus amounts, payment schedules, or platform availability, the latest announcement posted on the official site will always take effect.

• You must be at least 21 years old to register, log in, and play on ACEPH. The platform is strictly for adults of legal age.
• You need to be legally qualified to bet, which means no law, court order, or applicable gaming rule prohibits you from joining.
• Online betting must also be lawful where you live. If gambling is not allowed in your current country or region, you are not permitted to use ACEPH.
• You are required to give accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when you register, and to keep those details current afterward.
• Each player may open only one ACEPH account. Multiple accounts registered under the same person are not allowed.
• Keeping your password and login details secure is your own responsibility. Do not share your username, password, or any recovery codes with another person.

By completing registration and using the platform, you confirm that you meet every condition listed above and that all the information you submitted is true and accurate. If we discover that you provided false details or broke any of these platform terms, we have the right to suspend or close your account as we see fit.

2. Account Registration

To create an account, visit aceph.buzz and fill out the registration form with your personal information. Make sure every entry is correct and updated since the details you provide will be used to verify your identity. At times, we may request documents such as a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or other supporting files before your account becomes fully active. You can complete this process on the website or through the official iOS and Android apps.

• Full name exactly as it appears on your valid ID
• Date of birth to prove that you are 21 years old or older
• An active email address where we can send verification and account updates
• Active mobile number (used for ACEPH account verification and recovery)
• Complete residential address
• Create a strong, unique password for your ACEPH login

3. Betting Rules

ACEPH is for players aged 21 and above. When you place a bet, you agree to follow our platform terms and betting rules. Every game and sports event comes with its own set of rules, so take time to understand them before you play. Before confirming any bet, always review the odds, your stake, and the possible payout. Once a bet is confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled.

• The minimum bet amount is ₱10
• The maximum bet limit varies depending on the game
• Check your balance first before placing any bet
• Odds in live betting can change quickly, so act fast
• A bet may be cancelled if a technical error occurs
• Any suspicious betting pattern will be investigated

ACEPH settles all bets using official scores and results. If an event is cancelled or postponed, qualifying bets will be refunded. We keep a complete record of every bet, and in case of any dispute, our records are considered final.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

But every promo comes with its own set of conditions, so read the full terms carefully before you claim anything. If you misuse a bonus or try to game the system, your account can be closed and any bonus you received will be forfeited.

• The welcome bonus is reserved exclusively for brand-new players who have never registered with ACEPH.
• Every bonus carries its own wagering requirement, which means you have to play through a certain amount before the bonus and any winnings tied to it become withdrawable.
• Bonus offers don't last forever. Most promos have a limited validity period, usually 30 days from the moment you claim them, so always check the expiry before you play.
• You can't stack multiple bonuses on one account at the same time. Pick one promo per claim, meet its conditions first, and then move on to the next.
• Before you can cash out any bonus winnings, you need to complete the wagering requirement. Skip that step and the payout won't push through.
• ACEPH reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or reverse any bonus at any time, especially if a player fails to honor the terms or shows signs of promo abuse.

6. Responsibilities and Obligations

By using ACEPH, you accept that betting and gaming always carry risk, and you're choosing to play at your own risk. We don't answer for your wins or losses. You're expected to play responsibly, wager only what you can afford, and remember that ACEPH is strictly for players 21 and above. If gaming ever starts to feel like a problem, get help right away.

• Your account and password are your responsibility. Keep them private, store them somewhere secure, and never share your login details with anyone.
• Don't let anyone use your account, whether it's a friend, a family member, or someone you met online. Your account is yours alone.
• If you notice something suspicious, like a strange login or an unfamiliar transaction, report it to ACEPH support right away so we can check and secure everything immediately.
• Keep your personal information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account so our team can always reach you when needed.
• Make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform. Set limits, take breaks, and keep your play in check so it stays a form of entertainment and not a source of stress.
• Stay on the right side of the law. Follow all applicable rules and regulations, and take care of any tax obligations that come with your winnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

The actions listed below are strictly prohibited on ACEPH. If you get caught doing any of these, your account will be permanently closed and any winnings will be forfeited. We actively monitor suspicious behavior and won't hesitate to escalate matters to the proper authorities.

• Creating or using multiple accounts under your name or someone else's.
• Providing false information or using fake documents when registering.
• Abusing bonuses, exploiting glitches, or manipulating the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or using syndicate betting to influence game outcomes.
• Using ACEPH for money laundering or moving illegal funds through the platform.
• Using hacks, bots, or automation tools to get an edge in any game.
• Using someone else's account or sharing your own login credentials with other people.
• Issuing chargebacks, disputing valid payments, or committing any form of payment fraud.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ACEPH may suspend or close your account at any time and for any reason it deems necessary. If you break these terms and conditions or get linked to suspicious activity, your access can be stopped. Of course, you can also ask our support team to close your account on your own terms whenever you choose.
